Grown by dedicated coffee farmers across the highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca at 900 to 1,000 meters on rich clay mineral soil. Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties — a diverse blend of classic and traditional cultivars that together produce a cup with natural warmth, gentle complexity, and a flavor profile that surprises at every turn. Fully washed and sun dried for a clean, consistent result.
