Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't meet your quality expectations, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund—your choice.

Damaged or Defective Products

Received damaged packaging or products that appear compromised? Contact us immediately with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we sent the wrong product, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days, and we'll send the correct item immediately and cover all return shipping costs.

Quality or Freshness Concerns

Your satisfaction matters. If your coffee or tea doesn't meet our freshness standards or taste expectations, reach out within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to send a replacement or provide a full refund.

Unopened Products

Changed your mind? Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on unopened items.
