Grown by smallholder farmers in the legendary Sidama Zone at 1,700 to 1,900 meters — among the highest growing altitudes in the coffee world — on rich Nitisol soil that has nurtured indigenous heirloom cultivars for centuries. These are varieties that exist nowhere else on earth, producing a cup with a complexity and character that simply cannot be replicated.
The tasting profile is unlike anything from Latin America or Southeast Asia. Milk chocolate richness, bright fruity notes, and warm caramel sweetness come together in a medium-light roast that's vibrant, layered, and endlessly interesting. Full natural processed — sorted entirely by hand and carefully dried on raised beds — a method that allows the fruit of the coffee cherry to infuse the bean with natural sweetness during drying.
