Grown by smallholder farmers in the legendary coffee region of Medellin, Antioquia at 1,300 to 1,500 meters on rich volcanic loam soil. Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties — four of Colombia's most celebrated cultivars working together to produce a cup with remarkable complexity and natural balance.
The tasting profile is vibrant and layered. Dried orange brightness, fresh berry sweetness, and rich chocolate depth come together in a medium roast that reveals something new with every sip. Fully washed and carefully dried in solar dryers — a process that protects the beans from rain and ensures a consistently clean, bright cup from bag to bag.
