Grown by Fazenda Santa Barbara across the sun-drenched regions of Parana and São Paulo at 750 to 1,050 meters on rich volcanic loam soil. Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties — two of Brazil's most respected cultivars — carefully pulped and sun dried to develop a naturally smooth, clean flavor profile that requires nothing from you except a good cup and a quiet moment.
The tasting profile is elegant simplicity at its finest. Rich cocoa notes, a smooth and balanced body, and a clean finish that never overstays its welcome. No harsh acidity. No complicated flavor chasing. Just a consistently satisfying cup that delivers exactly what great Brazilian coffee promises.
Pulped natural processing and sun drying bring out the natural sweetness of the bean while keeping the cup clean and approachable. The result is a medium roast that works beautifully in drip, French press, pour-over, or espresso.
