Medium-dark roast. Single origin Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia.
Some coffees are good. Bali Blue is different.
Grown by smallholder farmers in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani at 1,200 to 1,600 meters — where rich volcanic loam soil and cool mountain air produce beans with a depth of character that's unique to this island and nowhere else on earth.
The tasting profile tells the story. Dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar come together in a cup that's naturally rich, smooth, and full-bodied from the first sip to the last. No harsh edges. No bitter finish. Just deep, satisfying flavor that lingers exactly the way great coffee should.
The wet-hulled processing method — traditional to Indonesia and unique in the coffee world — is what gives Bali Blue its distinctive body and earthy richness. Hand picked at peak ripeness, wet-hulled, and carefully dried on raised beds by farmers who take quality personally.
Typica and Catimor varieties. Volcanic soil. Traditional processing. The result is a cup that couldn't come from anywhere else.
This is Indonesian coffee at its finest. That's the Daily Grind.
