Tanzania produces some of the most elegant and aromatic coffee in Africa — and this single origin from the Mbeya region is a perfect expression of everything that makes it special.
Grown by small cooperative farmers in the southern highlands of Mbeya at 1,200 to 1,900 meters on rich clay mineral soil. Bourbon and Kent varieties — two classic cultivars known for their natural brightness and aromatic complexity — fully washed and carefully dried on raised beds to produce a cup that is clean, vibrant, and impossibly fragrant.
The tasting profile is delicate and captivating. Fresh pear sweetness, soft floral notes, delicate jasmine, and bright strawberry undertones come together in a medium-light roast that feels light, refined, and alive in the cup. This is coffee that rewards slow mornings and unhurried sips — the kind of cup that makes you stop and actually pay attention to what you're tasting.
