Papua New Guinea — Sweet, Fruity, and Wonderfully Distinct.
Medium roast. Single origin Chimbu Province, Papua New Guinea.
Papua New Guinea is one of the most remote and distinctive coffee origins in the world — and that remoteness shows up beautifully in the cup.
Grown by small agricultural cooperatives in the rugged highlands of Chimbu Province at 1,350 meters on rich volcanic loam soil. Bourbon and Typica varieties — two of the world's most classic and respected cultivars — fully washed and carefully sun dried using traditional methods that have defined Papua New Guinea coffee for generations.
The tasting profile is naturally sweet and inviting. Warm caramel, smooth honey, and bright fruit notes come together in a medium roast that's approachable, clean, and distinctly its own. Not as bold as Indonesian coffees. Not as bright as African coffees. Something in between — uniquely Papua New Guinea in character and impossible to mistake for anything else.
Small cooperatives. Traditional varieties. A cup from one of the world's most extraordinary origins.
Sweet. Fruity. Wonderfully unique. That's the Daily Grind.
