Grown by over 1,500 farmer members of Cafe Organics Marcala in the highlands of La Paz at 1,300 to 1,700 meters on mineral-rich clay soil. Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties — a diverse mix of classic and regional cultivars that together produce a cup with warmth, depth, and a naturally sweet complexity that sets Honduran coffee apart. Fully washed and sun dried to produce a clean, consistent result from bag to bag.
